During his studies and his professional life, he has gained lots of experience in the areas of sports, physical fitness, and health. His redential is his extreme motivation to help people improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through sports and exercise.

As host of his own fitness web show, Beat Yesterday, as well as his own YouTube channel, he provides viewers with sport-scientific content.

Hauke Gerdes began his career in 2008 as editor of the 300-episode video game MTV Game One.
