His research areas are numerical optimization, high-order graph matching, and operations research. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India and M.Sc. in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He has published 1 book, 1 book chapter and several journal and conference papers, and has given a number of invited talks.
Dr. Jagdish Chand Bansal is an assistant professor at the South Asian University, New Delhi, India. He is leading researcher in the field of swarm intelligence and has published several research papers in respected national and international repute journals.
Prof. Kusum Deep is a full-time professor at the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. Over the last 25 years, her much-cited research is increasingly has made her a leading international figure in the area of nature-inspired optimization techniques, genetic algorithms and particle swarm optimization.
Prof. Joong Hoon Kim is associated with the School of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering, Korea University, South Korea. His major areas of interest include optimal
