Pressezitat
"I have been involved with hundreds of organizations since the COVID-19 pandemic and it is clear to me that learning is crucial for their survival, but also to build their resilience. I love this book. it has really become the standard text on building learning cultures in organizations. The first edition was good, but this second edition is even better. Highly recommended." Elliott Masie, Chair, The Learning COLLABORATIVE and CEO, The MASIE Center
