Klappentext zu „The Marshmallow Test “
A child is presented with a marshmallow and a choice: eat it now, or wait and enjoy two later. What will she do? What are the implications for her behaviour later in life? Walter Mischel's iconic 'marshmallow test' proved that the ability to delay gratification is critical to living a fulfilling life. In this fascinating book he draws on decades of research to explore the nature of self-control.
