He is the author of News and Politics: The Rise of Live and Interpretive Journalism (2015), The Democratic Value of News: Why Public Service Media Matter (2012) and Television Journalism (2012).
Richard Sambrook (MSc, Birkbeck, London) is Professor of Journalism and Director of the Centre for Journalism at the School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies at Cardiff University.
