Many researchers have studied CaAl2O4 as an important constituent of cementitious compositions Rare-earth and non-rare-earth doped inorganic phosphors are widely used in a variety of applications, such as lamp industry, radiation dosimetry, X-ray imaging and colour display. The purpose of this thesis is to synthesize of rare-earth doped calcium aluminate phosphor and to investigate the thermoluminescence properties in detail.
