Common diseases include metabolic diseases, respiratory allergies, gastrointestinal diseases, certain neurological disorders, autoimmune disorders, and musculoskeletal pain and fatigue. Victims with these diseases have been known to respond generously to a treatment method of increasing dosages of composite selective probiotics, paraprobiotics, and probiotic structural fragments supplements. Fragments such as of bifidobacteria plus lactobacilli benefit the gastrointestinal system and have shown full local immune-enhancing advantages. This book reviews our critical activities which support the practice of routine clinical application of paraprobiotics and its fragments for the prevention and adjunctive treatment of significant current diseases. The association between a leaky gut or an impaired intestinal permeability and food allergenic reactions is explained. Composite selective probiotics and their derivatives have proven to be the immediate immunomodulators against many significant disorders and illnesses. Lastly, we demonstrated that Lactobacillus-S-layers protect Salmonella-induced apoptosis through reduced caspase-3 activity (in much depth).
