Thesis (M.A.) from the year 2018 in the subject Law - European and International Law, Intellectual Properties, grade: B, Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, language: English, abstract: This thesis investigates and analyses the current processes of enforcement of the ECtHR's judgements in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Serbia, the main challenges that occurred before the national authorities in this process and the prospect of the efficiency of the measures that these countries undertake in order to fulfil the obligations imposed by the judgements.
Autoren-Porträt von Peda Durasovic
Pe a urasovic is a Lawyer, graduated from the Law Faculty of the State University of Sarajevo. In addition, he passed a bar exam. In 2018 Pe a urasovic completed his master's degree in Governance and Human Rights at Leuphana University of Luneburg, Federal Republic of Germany. Pe a urasovic worked for three years at the Office of the Agent of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the European Court of Human Rights as a Legal Advisor. In 2016 Pe a urasovic also served as a member of the defence expert team on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the oral hearing before the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Medzlis Islamske Zajednice Brcko and Others v. Bosnia and Herzegovina (Article 10 of the Convention - alleged violation of the applicants' freedom of expression). He is currently employed at Transparency International Bosnia and Herzegovina as an Analyst.
