Dr. Bernd X. Weis setzt sich seit über 30 Jahren mit dem Thema Innovation und dessen Bedeutung für Unternehmen auseinander. Er hat an namhaften Instituten und Forschungseinrichtungen studiert und geforscht (u. a. University of California Santa Barbara) und hält über 40 Patente. Sein Erfahrungsspektrum umfasst leitende Führungspositionen in Forschung, Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und im strategischen Marketing. Er hat über 500 Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Bereichen in einem Grossunternehmen zum Thema Innovation geschult. Seit 2009 ist er Unternehmensberater und Unternehmer. Er berät Organisationen in Unternehmensstrategie, Marketing und Vertrieb sowie Innovation in allen Facetten.
