This book broadly define the concept of Unconventional Machining Process or non conventional machining process or Non Traditional Machining Process is a unique kind of machining process in which there is no direct contact between the tool and the work piece. This study is focused on defining and compare the Non-Conventional Machining processes namely AJM, AWJM, WJM, LBM and EBM on the basis of input parameter feed rate(mm/min) and find response outputs namely surface roughness(Ra, Rz), and machining time(sec) for getting Material Removal Rate. The differentiated processes will then be sorted by Bubble Sort Algorithm to find the MAX. and MIN. value of the response output values from the experiments. This work uses the Grey Relation analysis for resolve problem of conflicting response outputs i.e surface roughness and material removal rate. Comparatively study of Bubble Sort Algorithm and Grey Relation analysis is suggesting optimize result i.e which process is best suited for the cutting purpose.
